How do I return an item?

To return an item, please submit a return request via our we@kollektivist.com email address. You can return your purchases for any reason within 15 days of purchase. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and issue you a return authorization upon approval. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All items must arrive unused and in the original packaging.

Can I exchange an item?

You need to return the item and reorder the wished item again. 

What if the item I receive is damaged?

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us by emailing we@kollektivist.com. We'll do all we can to fix the problem.

When will I receive my money back if i return an item?

Once we have received and processed the returned item from you, we will refund your money. It may take up to five business days to appear on an online statement. You will get a notification email from us when the refund goes through. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

How long does it take for delivery? 

The delivery day may vary based on the product, some products are hand made just for you. After your payment is received it may take 4 - 7 days to prepare the goods for shipment and 7 - 10 business days to deliver to your address depending on your country. If the product is ready we can send it same day but please allow 7 - 10 business days for delivery to international addresses (except Switzerland and Turkey).

Can I order an item to any country?

Currently, we have free shipping only to Switzerland and Turkey. For all the other countries, buyer is responsible for all VAT, import fees, and taxes imposed by your country. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
